1. In equipment quality guarantee period, the equipment itself because of quality problems caused by equipment damage or can not normal use and normal maintenance of equipment, we are free repair or replacement of damaged or failed parts (not including wearing parts).

3. Quality guarantee period, we paid long-term supply of spare parts, and products to the permanent maintenance, replacement parts and maintenance costs will depend on the cost of appropriate charges
4. Professional technical staffs provide installation, commissioning and training services.

6. Technical Consultation for any time.
1.The temperature in the working environment should be in the scope of -20°c~+45° & relative humidity is no higher than 95% (with dew).
2. In-service the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s.
3.The installation of the crane rail should accord with requirement of JT5022.
