Optional accessories and features of the anchor include sprocket sensors, overload protection, clutches, brakes, chain discards and more.

a.Sprocket sensor: It can measure the number of links of anchor chain and display it on the driver’s station, which helps the crew to accurately grasp the usage of the anchor chain.

b.Overload protection device: when the anchor is overloaded, it can protect the anchor from damage and ensure safe operation.

c.Clutch: control the rotation or not of the sprocket, when the clutch is disengaged, the main shaft and reel rotate while the sprocket doesn’t rotate, it can be used as an anchor or winch; when the clutch is closed, it When the clutch is closed, it can disconnect the reel clutch and only make the sprocket rotate, which can be used for anchoring or sending anchor.

d.Brake device: brake the tension of 45% of the breaking load of the anchor chain, ensure the anchor chain can be controlled quickly and effectively in emergency.

e. Chain discards: devices used to make the end of anchor chain disconnect from the hull quickly in case of emergency, generally set in the place where personnel can easily reach, common ones are cross-latch type and screw type chain discards.

Working condition
